CHALLANGE & SOLUTION

In the Geely Innovation Center project, a new smaller district was built, including a large hotel in one part of the area. The challenge for our client, BRA Group, was to minimize the load on the quay edge, necessitating some ground measures. Our solution involved excavating heavy and contaminated clay and then filling it with Isobetong®. The result of using Isobetong® instead of other alternatives allowed the project to save nearly 6000 m3 of excavation and landfill. Production occurred at a rate of 300 m3/day and lasted for approximately 2 months.
